WHO IS PIPIT?
Sarah, lovingly called Pipit from a young age by her dad, discovered baking sitting on a corner counter in her parent's kitchen in Central New Jersey.
She realized later in life, with help from her older brother during a siblings movie night, the reason she enjoyed baking was the smile that crossed a persons face when they took their first bite (and hopefully their second and third).
After graduate school, like so many others she didn't know what she wanted to be when she grew up but quickly learned a desk job wasn't for her so she got a job as a pastry chef to "try it out" and has never looked back.
